9. Gift Card can be used multiple times until the last rupee loaded on it gets exhausted within the validity period
10. Gift Card to be valid for 6 Months from the time of activation
11. Gift Card are valid PAN India across all Cinemas/Theatres listed on TicketNew
12. The current purchase process at www.ticketnew.com, m.ticketnew.com & TicketNew Mobile Apps will remain unchanged
13. Gift Card cannot be combined with any other offer or discount on TicketNew
14. Tickets once bought online using the Gift Card shall be considered sold and cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged
15. Gift Card holder shall not be entitled to compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the offer being availed
16. Orbgen reserves the right to disqualify any gift voucher holder/s from the benefits of the program. If case of any fraudulent activity, prosecution will be carried according to the purpose of availing the benefits under the program
17. Orbgen reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the terms applicable to the program without assigning any reasons or without any prior intimation whatsoever
