8. E-Gift card is redeemable for purchases at participating Thomas Cook branches within India & www.thomascook.in
9. If the balance in your E-Gift card is lower than the order value, you can combine your payment with Credit /debit card or with net banking
10. Purchase of foreign exchange & Visa services is not allowed through this card
11. E-Gift card is not redeemable for cash or credit nor can be exchanged for a gift voucher
12. If the card is lost or stolen, neither will a new card be issued nor will the money be reimbursed in any manner
13. No duplicate card will be issued
14. Thomas Cook (India) Limited shall not be liable and responsible for any unauthorized and/or fraudulent purchase/s made using this card
15. The holder of this card shall be solely responsible for the safe custody of the card and the credentials mentioned on it
16. E-Gift card is the property of Thomas Cook (India) Limited to whom it should be returned on request
