Terms & Conditions:
- Cashbacks are not applicable for vouchers generated using Buyhatke Amazon Points Wallet or Buyhatke Flipkart Points Wallet wallets
- Points received from Amazon/Flipkart will be deposited to the respective Buyhatke Points Wallets and not to the Buyhatke UPI wallet
- Buyhatke Amazon Points Wallet can't be used for generating Amazon.in vouchers but can be used on other stores

- Talwalkars / affiliates are not responsible on account of the beneficiary sharing the Instant Gift Voucher and the voucher getting redeemed on that account
- Any dispute should be referred to the issuing company and the decision of the issuing company shall be final
- The Instant Gift Voucher has been issued subject to terms of the company
- This Instant Gift Voucher can be redeemed for the face value as mentioned
- The Brand may ask for a valid govt. identity proof at the time of redeeming the Instant Gift Voucher
- Instant Gift Voucher will be accepted across all outlets mentioned, but Talwalkars at its sole discretion may add or remove an outlet from the list without giving any prior notice
- Talwalkars make full efforts to accept Instant Gift Voucher, but on account of any technical / administrative reasons an outlet may refuse to accept a Instant Gift Voucher
- If an Instant Gift Voucher gets blocked on account of technical issue the Instant Gift Voucher would get enabled in 72 hours
- Payment through e-gift card is not valid during sales and promotions at local stores.
- Validity of E - Gift Card cannot be extended, new E - Gift Card cannot be provided against the expired/unused E - Gift Cards.
- Gift vouchers validity can not be extended once expired.
