On confirmation of the appointment the payment link will be sent to your registered email id.

On the payment page, Click on the tab Simplify Health Cardand enter your 16 digit Gift Card number for redemption.

In addition to these Terms and Conditions, Porteas Gift Card(s) and their use on our website are also subject to Porteas general Terms of Use & Porteas decision will be final in case of any dispute.

Portea may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, the changes will apply to any new Portea gift card. Any gift cards that you purchase are for personal and non-commercial use only.
