1. Cashbacks are not applicable for vouchers generated using Buyhatke Amazon Points Wallet or Buyhatke Flipkart Points Wallet wallets
2. Points received from Amazon/Flipkart will be deposited to the respective Buyhatke Points Wallets and not to the Buyhatke UPI wallet
3. Buyhatke Amazon Points Wallet can't be used for generating Amazon.in vouchers but can be used on other stores
4. Buyhatke Flipkart Points Wallet can't be used for generating Flipkart vouchers but can be used on other stores
5. Gift Card(s) can be redeemed ONLY on Caratlane Website and Caratlane Mobile Site
6. Gift Card(s) can be redeemed on the purchase of any jewellery products on Caratlane.com
7. On the payment page, Click on the tab Gift Card and enter your 16 digit Gift Card number and pin for redemption
8. Only one Gift Card can be used to make a payment in a single transaction. Gift Card(s) can be combined with any other payment type on CaratLane.com except on EMI.
9. Gift card(s) can also be redeemed partially, as many times as a user wishes to, till its balance is consumed or it expires.
10. Gift cards are valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance to the recipient.
11. Gift cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
12. Gift Card(s) once bought online, shall be considered as sold and cannot be Cancelled, Exchanged or Refunded.
13. If lost or misused, the Gift Card(s) cannot be replaced. Gift cards are void if resold, and cannot be exchanged for credit(s) or cash and cannot be re-validated once past expiry date.
14. In addition to these Terms and Conditions, Caratlane’s Gift Card(s) and their use on our website are also subject to Caratlanes general Terms of Use & CaratLane’s decision will be final in case of any dispute.
15. Caratlane may change (add to, delete, or amend) these terms from time to time. Unless stated otherwise, the changes will apply to any new Caratlane gift card. Any gift cards that you purchase are for personal, non-commercial use and enjoyment only. The same may be shared with family and friends, but may not be advertised, sold or used as promotional items by the purchaser or anyone else without CaratLane’s prior written consent.
16. All disputes, with respect to the products and services offered in this connection, are subject to Chennai jurisdiction.
