2. Points received from Amazon/Flipkart will be deposited to the respective Buyhatke Points Wallets and not to the Buyhatke UPI wallet
3. Buyhatke Amazon Points Wallet can't be used for generating Amazon.in vouchers but can be used on other stores
4. Buyhatke Flipkart Points Wallet can't be used for generating Flipkart vouchers but can be used on other stores
5. This e-Gift card is not a credit/debit or ATM card
6. This e-Gift Card is freely transferable and redeemable for any product/merchandise at all participating NAUTICA exclusive stores run by Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited
7. The e-Gift card balance is redeemable for merchandise only and cannot be redeemed for cash
8. In case the value of the merchandise exceeds the value of the Gift Card, the difference must be paid by the customer by way of cash, credit or debit card
9. This e-Gift Card cant be returned or cancelled after purchase
10. Arvind lifestyle brands Limited reserves the right to refuse, cancel or withhold e-Gift Card and orders for suspected fraud or for other violations of e-Gift Card policies/Terms and Conditions
11. This e-Gift Card is not valid until activated at any of the exclusive stores run by Arvind Lifestyle Brands Limited
12. LOST CARDS CANNOT BE REPLACED, NOR CASH REFUNDED
13. The e-Gift Card shall remain valid for a period of 6 months only, from the date of purchase/activation/re- load
14. ALBL reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at its sole discretion without providing any intimation
15. This e-Gift Card is valid only in India and can only be redeemed at the Participating NAUTICA Stores
16. Any dispute arising out of this e-Gift Card shall be subject to Indian laws and Courts of Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to try the same
17. This e-Gift card can be redeemed just once.
