Your Order Cancellation & Refund Rights

  • Gift cards once purchased are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • Refunds or cancellations are governed by the policies of the respective brand/merchant whose gift card you are purchasing.
  • If you face any issue with the redemption or validity of a gift card, please contact Buyhatke Support. We will coordinate with the brand/merchant to resolve the issue on your behalf.
  • In case of a failed transaction (e.g., payment debited but gift card not delivered), Buyhatke will either reissue the gift card or process a refund within 7–10 working days, depending on your payment method and banking partner.
