Product used for 1.5 month, majorly used for long distance running and workouts. Pros: 4.5 Rating - Sound quality: Superb crystal clear and loud. To note these ear phones do not sit inside the ear canal so all external sound will be heard,. but as these are sport earphones I would recommend them for runners and cyclist who require to be aware of the world around them. - Product quality: Excellent material. Sweat proof. battery life around 4 to 5 hours (may vary based on sound level). Charges through mini USB so can use any mobile charger. Bluetooth works in open space around 40 to 50 mtrs. - Looks: Very good color (green) and not very big compared to other sport bluetooth earphones. - Functionality and comfort: best for sport like running and workout as they never fall off from the ear, button are responsive. sound buttons is a little small but as get used to there is no issue. Calling voice mic is also clear. The back strap is comfortable and once you get used to it you forget of it bouncing while running (no concern as such). Tested on both Andriod ans IOS. Cons: - 0.5 Rating. - Sound: missing a little bass and if don't like external noise then product not recommended. - Functionality: As these are sport ear phone these should have removable ear tips. with the sweat I am worried at a later stage i could have problems cleaning them, but as I said these don't sit completely in the ear canal so they don't get dirty easily. Similar to the new APPLE earphones. - As Like other few reviews I also received the product damaged. but was immediately replaced by the Plantronics service center and was well coordinated the seller Swiftvoice. ( So I am sure product is genuine).

if u can invest 6k yu better try this product as its the best in its kind u will never want to try anything else ever again, i have been using it for past 1 year lost 2 bought again and again. true music quality , true sound, loud and bass is amazing
