As a first timer, I had my own issues and fears using epilator. I was not aware of exactly how the hair is pulled out. I saw some you tube videos, to be able to understand what epilation does to one's skin and how different it is from shaving. As side effects, I was prepared to see bumps and rashes on my skin. However, Lifelong Epi Massager is a complete solution to my facial hair woes. Not only it gave me a plain skin but it was a tad bit less painful. I used the callous remover and it was very effective too! Massager and brush seem quite fine and I cannot wait to use them. I am just now looking forward to see when do my chin and upper lip hair grow back. They say it's 4 weeks but I think few chin hair got broken too, and I take complete onus of this because I am not an experienced person as far as 'epilation' is concerned. So, this product has given me a happy and satisfying result :)
