Watch was not working properly and it was defective. So return with refund was requested. Pick man come and asking for the box in which watch was delivered. Whereas it was only poypacked. After talking to customer care executive they were also repeating the same thing that defective product will not be taken back without box which was never given to us. We mistaken by not going through other people feedbacks which are telling same story. Please blacklist fraudulent seller and return our money.
