Iball Rocky Headset with MicBlack, Over the Ear

wanted something cheap n comfortable that could be used for voice chatting and isolates me while watching movies.. so for me, it full fills its purpose.. if u r looking for something that can make music sounds good then go for higher priced products...its output is not equally good for many genres of music... n thankx to flipkart...ordered it on oct 6 and got it on oct 8...only junk food gets delivered at a speed higher than this...

I got this from local mall and had been using over an year. Particularly saying, I never used its mic facility. I would like to say the cons before saying pros which a lot of people would be talking here. 1. Look at the cost and look again into your pocket. What I mean is that if you can save a bit more then try investing into other standard companies' products. 2. Looks. Reminds me of earphones used in a BPO. 3. The Mic It is useful but when I just want to hear to music that thing comes dangling down to my face again and again. Lock control loosens over time. 4. Cost I find it fluctuating. Personally. I find flipkart's rate to be the best. 5. My pin got ruined. It gives "ssshhhh" sound when rotated. Thats the common problem we face mostly. How? Coz I was careless. But many are like me who use hardcore style. May be this won't last more than 6-7 months for such guys. Mind it ! :P Thats' all I can review about cons. I won't list now the pros. I will give you reasons and situations where & why should you buy this. 1. Low on funds. 2. You dont care about world commenting about what you wear. 3. For indoor use. 4. Hard core gaming use. 5. Long wire need. (which I direly needed) 6. A moderate level comfort. 7. You don't mind that the cushions tear off after hardcore usage and handling.(happens usually after an year) 8. You have a lot of voice chat work. The mic works well. 9. If you are a noob and learn from guitarpro. :P 10.** Calculate: You invest around 400 bucks and get a headphone work over a year. Thats what like 400/12=33 bucks per month. I think it would be definitely cool for you. ** Ask me what am I on now? After this headphone got screwed, I am planning to buy a new one from flipkart again after so long time. I ain't going back to this one coz this time I want to buy something which looks good and personally I have money to invest more :P What if I had low funds? I would have ended up into this again. Hey man, what about bass? I am a loud freak!! I didn't mention about bass coz it is good. and hardly it matters nowadays on the headphones. Its all about the equalizer you use in your instrument, i mean whether its amp or PC or TV or walkman, the software you use largely determines. Enjoy! PS: Don't even think about headbanging with it. It would stay. I have tried LOL

Writing in points: 1)Amplification of volume not so good but u wont require that much volume for sure. 2)Clarity also good.U can hear the beats clearly. 3)Treble not so good as the earphones of iBall but u can easily adjust for that in winamp 4)They'll cover ur ears properly to cut off external sound hence they are a better choice than earphones 5)With this price tag u cant expect a better deal.
