Micromax Canvas Nitro A311 (White, 16 GB)2 GB RAM

I am using this phone for over 10 days from now. Overall, it is really a great buy in this price range. The performance is great with decent battery backup on average usage. I tried almost all high end games like Real Racing 3, GT Racing 2, Mortal Combat. Frontline Commando 2, Fifa 15.. no lag whatsoever. GPS locking is superfast in 2-5 seconds.IPS Screen is really with Oleo-phobic coating to be smudge-proof and scratch-resistant. Colors are vibrant with nice display. Camera is satisfactory with HD video recording. Apart from these positives, this phone has few negatives too; Though the RAM is 2GB but even after rooting and using RAM Manager, I am getting 1GB free RAM hardly at any point of time but no lags while multitasking and playing games due to efficient Octacore Processor. I feel the SD Card expansion is of no use as you cannot move apps to SD Cards. Also, in Storage settings, you have the options of Default Write Disk between Phone Storage and SD Card but even if you select SD Card, your App Data or Game Data will save in Phone Storage. No complain here, because, for me 16GB(usable 12GB) is enough for me. The worst problem I felt was HEATING. While playing games or even on call for more than 10-15 mins, phone starts to heat near Camera, probably Processor is located there. The heat is not very significant but you can very well feel it. Good thing is that it cools down very significantly. Every device have their PROs and CONs but with this price I will recommend this device.

Pros: 1.Very good display.Very vibrant display. 2.Back panel looks too good and feels great. 3.There is no lag. 4.No problem with multitasking. 5.Internet connection great. 6.Front camera is superb. 7.Battery is great(Tell you later why) 8.Very light inspite of 2500 mah battery. 9.Rear camera very good at outdoors. 10.Call quality good and call reception also nice. 11.Thin and slim.Easily operate by one hand. 12.Nice earphone. 13.Video playback good. Cons: 1.No otg support. 2.Takes long(3hours) to charge from zero to 100%. 3.Rear camera not good in low light. 4.No gorilla glass. Battery issue solved: Actually the battery of this phone is not calibrated. Steps to calibrate: 1.At first use,run the phone untill the phone discharge fully. 2.Switch off and charge.Charge one or two hours more than after It shows 100% 3.Switch on the phone. 4.Switch on all power consuming things like wifi,bluetooth,location and use the phone continuously till it becomes dead. 5.Again follow from step 2 to step 4 for atleast 3 cycles of full charge and discharge. 6.Battery will be calibrated. 7.Then dont turn on power consuming things all the time.Use normally as desired. Battery easily go for 1.5 days for moderate use and to 2 days for less use.

I have purchased on 29 Jan and found display problem then replacement received on 4th Feb 15 days cell phone performance good but now cell phone switch off automatically any time.
