I had the worst experience of my life dealing with Flipkart furnitures.I had booked this bed on 19th March'2017 delivery was scheduled on 15-17April 2017.On 13th April a message came that the delivery will be done by 17th April. I immediately checked the status in the app & it showed delivery already done on 13th April at 3:33pm. I contacted your helpdesk & they confirmed that the delivery has already been done on 11th April at 11:59 pm whereas I was yet to receive the same. Then I told them the whole happening & they took a complaint which was likely to be sorted by 24th April. Afterwards on 19th April the shipment got delivered at 6pm by Gati. The shipment reached us in a utterly clumsy manner, the beams were uncovered loosely tied from outside & the other packet was also open. I got a call from Flipkart asking me to contact the installation team for fixing up the bed. No initiative was taken by the Installation team for the same, I only followed up with the installation guy for the same based on a message from your end. Firstly the installation guy Sunil Sharma was very rude & indecent in his behavior, Secondly the kit was incomplete, hardware kit missing hence the bed couldn't be fixed. We again contacted your customer care, they said it will take again another few days to resolve the same. Its a prepaid order hence cannot be cancelled. A bed installation is taking 2months time which is not at all accepted. I had the worst experience dealing with Flipkart and would rather tell all my friends associates relatives not to buy ever anything from you. If i had been given the option of ranking you below 1 i would have given a -200 rating.
