Defective Machine.Seller refused to refund my money back.

I have got defected piece from this seller.Then it was replaced 5 times by IFB. Here are the details 1st time: Water was coming directly from nozzle but it should take it automatically. Rejected by IFB engineer as defective at the time of installation. 2nd time:Door Error-It was giving door error even if lid was closed. So it was not operating.Rejected by IFB engineer as defective at the time of installation. 3rd time: Got Dented and Painted Second Hand Machine.Rejected by IFB engineer as defective at the time of installation. 4th time: Again Dented Machine.Rejected by IFB engineer as defective at the time of installation. 5th time: Again Dented Machine.Rejected by IFB engineer as defective at the time of installation. 6th Time: Finally, I got correct machine after escalating so many times and whole process has taken more then 1.5 months.
