    Sony is not for everyone

Pros: 1. Features/Price in Camera body 2. EVF, Focus Peeking in manual focus. 3. Wifi connectivity - simplifies workflow 4. Adapted lenses, availability of adapters (shop from aliexpress) 5. USB charging - supplied charger is too slow, i use my power bank 1.2 A output to charge my sony a6000 6. Size, Weight Cons: 1. Lenses Sony E mount lenses cost double of what their/nikon/canon dslr lenses costs. Lens lineup is not that strong either. Have to hunt for availability of lenses too. Its not just worth it in india to spend more than a regular DSLR and can't find lenses easily. One clear advantage over other dslr is adaptable lenses. Vintage manual lenses can be adapted and they work pretty well with Sony mirrorless cameras. I am using 50mm f1.4, f1.2 pentax lenses with my sony a6000 with an adapter. If you are on a budget and you will need more autofocus lenses in future please stay out of sony. If you are into portraits and videos, you can work with manual lenses and you are ready to hunt for lenses, then go for sony mirrorless. 2. Batterylife average battery life, 300 images per charge, Can't use camera while charging. If you are going to buy it anyway. Choose your style of photography and choose your lens wisely. You can even skip the kit lens for a prime. Sony community is not much useful and sony is trying to build a community around its alpha camera users in india which is still not that big to attract sony to bring enough lenses and other products to indian market. 2.
