Nice Product

Works good..less noisy..cleans well..and FlipKart as usual on time..From flipkart the estimated delivery time was 10 am to 2 pm..at 10.45 am they gave me call for the direction..Great Service by flipkart.but the onida guy who came for demo was not at all good..he was upto sell some powder and all..when i refused he got angry..to cut it short it is a nice product at this price range..flipkart is as usual great..but onida service is not upto the mark.....

Good experience - useful features

I have been using this washing machine for last 3 days. I am quite happy with this. Main features:- 1) 10 auto wash programs. 2) 3 special features- Silent, Water saving & child lock. 3) 10 water level selections. 4) Air dry facility. Which can dry clothes up to 80-85%. After air dry, clothes need only 15-20 mins to be fully dry. This is very useful feature. 5) You can set timer for air dry and delay. 6) Digital timing display which shows how much time needed to complete the process. 7) Rat protector base guard. 8) Onida guy came on the same day and gave demo. Other important functions:- 1) Displays error code and gives alarm for error. 2) Imbalance adjustment- During spinning if laundries are not placed equally in the tub, it would cause violent vibration. This machine will auto adjust that. 3) Power supply auto cut off after washing is finished. 4) Child lock. 5) Water saving function. 6) Memory back up- If power supply cut off during washing machine is working, it will memorize the working program and resumes when power is back. This is very good product. Market price is around 15-16k. I got it from flipkart around 12k.

Delivery in time frame But no support for installation

Appreciated for Delivery in given time frame but there is no support for installation. & after calling helpdesk everybody transferring line / no satisfactory answer. Then helpdesk told it will take another two days. Bullshit for installation team, very poor. Flipkart should update installation support then only it will be 5*, other than ONLY 1*
