it is clearly written "pack of 2 pans with lid" in the description here but i received only one pan (black), and that too without lid...!! i have rquested for its return and hope i get the original deal..that is 2 pans with lid.... otherwise ... its deceiving...:( my money wud be stuck... should have bought hawkins futura range in this price..!

Flipkart Order ID: OD301049971520007400 (2 Items). Order Date: 18 October, 2014 8:30 PM Inspite of the Order specification being KitchenChef Deep Cook Pan 25 cm ( Pack of 2 Black & Maroon and 1 LID ), I was sent only 1 Maroon PAN WITHOUT LID. Immediately I complained and requested for Replacement and my complete order to be delivered. After almost ten days, they again sent me the same package of 1 PAN WITHOUT LID for replacement, and hence I refused the package. On 30 October 2014, I was assured on email that I would get my due products by "One business Day", but no such delivery was made. On 01 November 2014, I checked my order status on the Flipkart Website and found that they had Cancelled my Replacement Request without my consent. I immediately called up the customer care helpline for an enquiry. The customer care executive put my call on hold and after sometime the line got disconnected from their side. I made a second call soon after, and this time a different customer care executive receives the call and the same thing happens again. On 04 November 2014, Flipkart customer support in reply to my email assured me that the missing part of my product package ( i.e. one KitchenChef Deep Cook Pan 25 cm with Lid ) would be reinstated. On 05 November 2014, 'to add Insult to the Injury', Flipkart delivery person demands KitchenChef Deep Cook Pan 25 cm; Pack of 2 with 1 lid ( according to original order specifications ), as replacement from my side, whereas I had complaint, that I was sent only 1 Maroon PAN WITHOUT LID, at the first place. Now how will I provide replacement for 2 PANS described above, when I have been repeateadly complaining to them since two weeks, that I was sent only 1 Maroon PAN WITHOUT LID. On 06 November 2014, Flipkart customer support offers me Return & Refund for the TWO PANS & 1 LID described above, whereas tragically they had sent me only ONE Pan, and did not allow me to check the package during delivery. So for their MISTAKE, I had to wait for two weeks, face continuous harassment from their customer care, and now I have to return TWO PANS & ONE LID, whereas I was delivered only ONE PAN. THIS IS HARASSMENT OF THE HIGHEST ORDER BEING PRACTICED BY FLIPKART, AFTER LURING CUSTOMERS WITH MOUTHWATERING OFFERS DURING THE FESTIVE PERIOD OF OCTOBER 2014, WHENCE I ORDERED ONLINE. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Update ( 12-11-2014 ) After the complaint going through different Escalation team members for an elongated three weeks, most of whom were MINDLESS & ABRASIVE in their approach, causing continuous agony and harassment; it was Mrs LITTLE P., from Escalation Team who followed up the case seriously on a regular basis, and came to a mutual and somewhat resolution regarding my complaint. But I am deeply disturbed by the handling of the complaint by FLIPKART CS., from the very beginning. Its a huge loss of faith and trust I had put on them. Thank You Mrs LITTLE P., for sensibly applying your mind to the issue, and taking it seriously. I think Mrs LITTLE P.'s professionalism, should be an example to other FLIPKART CS staff members, most of whom, sorry to say, are idiosyncratic & nonsense in their approach to customer complaints. I think I have been cheated by WS Retail. I have been ordered this product as shown i.e., 2 pan with lid but received only black pan that is also without lead. I have relied on FLIPKART but the team failed to deliver the same this time. Trustworthiness!!!!!!!! Is it so????????????? Would U not compensate this type of act ? Would U?
