Product is Great no doubt but the size dosent fit. So i asked for the replacement either for bigger size or refund but the executive told me that just because i am calling after 20 days i cannot get the replacement or refund. He also made clear that if i would have called within a week i would have got a refund. I bought it from ws retail with 30 days return policy. So if you can return item only within a week why keep 30 day return policy. I am regular buyer from flipkart with minimum 2 orders a week from last 6 months or so, But this is first time i am disappointed with Flipkart. Flipkart, this is first step towards loosing your loyal customer.
