I have these since 6 months. pretty good actually. I use a rooted android phone. with beats audio and an app called viper4android these sound very good, neutral, the sound audiophiles crave for. just a brief pros and cons pros: - the sound isolation is the best thing with these, i mean wherever you are in a citybus, train near a loudspeaker, wherever it is you can enjoy the music just as it is and not with the bustling sound outside. - the bass is definitely a plus point. deep bass and you can feel it. cons - the highs lack the punch. you can do that with an equalizer. so, if you really want to spend 8k for these, just see around, there is a huge competition around this price tag. if possible,check the sound for yourselves first. finally IMHO I would definitely recommend these as a daily driver.

I start with the mids cause its the strongest part of it, it's not overwhelming but it's presence is prevails through out any genre, lows are well balanced and clear...highs are punchy and energetic. complete noise isolation...you are in treat audiophiles...if you are able to fit it right. Note:I am using android device with flacs, i listen new age progressive metal, pop ,jay z,alternative rock, progressive trance...every genre i listen with it gives me new in the same song...soundstage is superb...plenty of space for percussion...then sudden thump n go...thump n go...with backing fluent riffs....its amazing folks...and it needs atleast 20 hrs burn in....then it's magic
