i have used it and would recommend it everyone specially for people who face voltage fluctuation, i have connected it to my 42 inch plasma TV and it has really protected my TV many time from voltage fluctuations, it has a inbuilt microprocessor which cuts off the power supply whenever there is high or low voltage thus protecting your device...

I am using two of these now for my appliances and its very handy, least obstructive for the purpose, and good one for the price. Do note that its not like the usual stabilizers with battery that will balance the voltage. This one just automatically cuts off the power whenever the voltage is high or low. Just like any other preventive measures and protection devices, its hard to pinpoint and say that it works. You can try switching on and off very slowly to check that your appliance won't get any power unless its the right voltage. So, that way, yes, it works.

Not a bad product, it performs as advertised, do bear in mind that since this device actually cuts the power, it is probably better of being used for devices that can bear interruptions like laptops or phone chargers. I would not recommend this to be used with a TV or any product where an interruption cannot be tolerated.
