Worst seller and worst quality product-coirfit mattress

I request everyone looking for a mattress not to buy any mattress from this seller as it provides defective products and do not replace the same even after 1.5 months continuous requests. I had faced a very bad experience with flipkart regarding this mattress. What i came to know is that flipkart only fakes in its advertisement about easy returns but trust me it is not easy. First when i had some issue with the size of the mattress it said that it cannot be replaced and they cannot help and secondly i asked them for a replacement when i found after unpacking the product that it was torn from 5-6 places. I had even sent screen shots to flipkart but flipkart kept on delaying my replacement. I had even tried to contact the seller but this is such a worst brand that it used to answer my call but after listening to my problem that the mattress provided is a defective one they used to disconnect the call and never used to pick again. After continuous efforts of 1.5 months for replacement when flipkart failed to replace and kept on delaying the matter we decided to keep the product as we were in urgent need of the same and thought we would get it repaired ourselves which we did after spending much amount of money. To our surprise when we were getting it repaired we found that the so called 100 percent coir mattress contained more than 50 percent thermocol and foam and only 1 inch of coir. Never take any product from this seller. Our product was of 12591/- and we had spend so much more to get it repaired. I request everyone not to take any product from this seller. Very bad experience on flipkart with such kind of worst quality sellers. Only go for branded products like sleepwell and kurlon.
