Rapoo 8000 Wireless Keyboard & mouse comboBlack

I have bought this after studying the reviews and ratings. This is not a reliable one at all. Randomly it hangs and I have to unplug and plug the nano receiver. Only after that the mouse and keyboard resume working. Except the reliability issue, the keyboard layout is good and plastic quality is good. The reliability is the single most issue and that is critical right?

Dear Flipkart , we kindly request you to maintain your Market status and stop lunching such useless product . I bought this product for 800 , product says it has 3 years warranty , when we called flip-kart for issues related to keyboard they said we have to contact brand customer care . when we called them they said you bring the keyboard we will check and let you know the result . for 800 Keyboard i have to travel all they 65 KM and result is still unknown Shame shame Flipkart !!!!! Actually i want to give 0 rating but the option is not available

I am using this product for a couple of months: Why you should not buy this product: 1. It responds slow. 2. Mouse response is even slower than key board. 3. Key board keys will not respond if you don't bang them hard. 4. Not at all for typing!!! Zero comfort. If you want to use this as remote control, go ahead buy it. If you want to use it for real time uses, do not even think of it. Trust me, I a taking out time from my super busy schedule to type all these so that others will not suffer.
