When it comes to shopping experience with flipkart.com – its seriously awesome – No complaints (until & unless WS-Retail is chosen) My major work is on mobile & laptop. My calls / conf-calls can go for more than 6 hours a day. Hence having a headset is very much required enabling me to work while I talk. I have nokia Bluetooth headset but the battery life only lasts for 2-3 hours call. Post this either I have to depend on wired connectivity or wired speakers. I bought SwissVoice Bluetooth headset with an aim for better battery life & since it has 2 speakers / ear-pieces, it would give better clarity. My experience working with device was awesome. I got this from flipkart at 1499 (I think best value possible for a Bluetooth headset). This was my first experience, where I had to return a product to flipkart.com coz the product had noise in it. Flipkart’s return & replacement process is smoothest of my shopping experience. It comes with headset & cable (charger not included). Manual says it has to be charged with 0.5 mA charger. Luckily I had one & hence I never tried with 1 mA or higher capacity charger. I was successful in using this product with my mobile (Micromax A116 & Nokia X6), however could never get its driver to connect it with laptop. Still searching… This Bluetooth headset has master receiver in its right ear piece & since the Bluetooth connectivity with this device works best only in line of sight, you need to ensure you keep your mobile near your right ear-piece. Pros:- 1. Awesome voice/music clarity 2. Superb while listening to songs (each & every beat is heard flawlessly) – be ready to fall in love with music ? 3. Battery life is superb – can work with it for whole day – including call & music 4. Bluetooth range is very good till 15 feet (not tested beyond) – in line of sight 5. Ergonomically, this product is simply superb – you can wear it for whole day & wont feel it Cons:- 1. Very delicate product (handle with care – its literally fragile product) – one bang & poof, this product would have issues 2. Bluetooth connectivity drops if the line of sight is not there – eg. Human body, wall, book – practically any tangible object distorts the voice. Bluetooth connectivity would be lost if hindrance is for more than 5 seconds. You cant keep the mobile device in your pant pocket & listen to music flawlessly while walking – you would get surprises 3. Each time you connect, ensure connectivity is successful thro settings menu – 50% of the time either only phone is connected or only media is connected or may be it just don’t connect. (Never got this issue with my Nokia Headset). I have to restart the device to re-establish connection 4. LED light is quite small & rather towards inside of the device – hence you really would find it difficult to notice Overall, I am quite satisfied with this product as it serves my purpose to the fullest possible extent & within my budget. ?

Packaging and battery life: The box didn’t look sparkling new, that’s because the date of import printed is Dec 2013, but we’ve seen a lot of old stock products and I wouldn’t call this “that old”, just over an year, fine by me. Coming to the actual headphone, it looks good, the steel frame mainly. The ear cups could have been better though, looked like they did cheap out on that, comes with a manual as well. The manual insisted on charging the headphone for at least 2-3 hours before first use, but i went ahead and used it anyway. The battery life should be good, and I’m guessing exceptional standby time as well, its over an year since it was charged and I’ve been using it for an hour out of the box and its still going strong. Connectivity: The bluetooth pairing was fairly straightforward, hold down the power button for 6s, connect to the device from your phone and your done. I can move to different rooms and still stay connected without any degradation in sound quality, of course if you go too far it’ll stop playback and resume once your back in range. But for the most part, say, your using it within the same room, have your phone in your pocket or using it a few rooms apart you should be fine, which is the typical use case for this anyway. Sound Quality: I was rearing to try these on and honestly i didn’t get my hopes for this at all seeing the lack of reviews on the internet, but I was pleasantly surprised! It sounded clear, loud and had some decent bass to it as well. Obviously, I can’t express sound quality, but if you’ve used a basic good earphone such as the SoundMagic ES18 or pistons for that matter, the quality is quite similar to them. Call Quality: Call quality is good too, I could hear clearly and so did the person on the other side. There did seem to be a slight echo at one point for the other person but nothing major. I used it with a Moto X 2014 Warranty: The warranty terms seem good enough but how we’re going to claim it, I’m not sure as of now maybe a little more googling about their warranty handling in India would help. Overall, a really good buy indeed. I compared this earlier to the soundmagic es18, take a look at the reviews its got, a really really good earphone for people moving from oem earphones at a great price. Now I got these headphones for a lesser price than them[539] and its wireless+has a mic, albeit a good one too, an easy recommendation for anyone whose looking to pick one up, not only @ 539 but at anything around 1-1.5k, its still going to be a good buy, you could also use it for Smart Lock if you have a phone with Lollipop.
