Excellent and sharp looks...good bass quality..the ,around the neck, design is well engineered...the only thing that fades is the fitment in the ear(fair rating)..rest is perfect till date.

My Bluetooth search ends with this headset. This is a complete smart bluetooth headset, which has all my requirements, 1. Battery backup - I use to listen songs for 6 hours and speak for 2 hours, and standby usage for 18 hours. I am pretty happy with this performance. 2. Music quality - HD stereo sound and if you use the L3 and R3 ear buds, you can enojy the extra Bass effect which is too good. 3. App notifications - It notifies all the notifications from apps like, In coming call, Missed call - it even reads out the name of the person or the number. Hangouts, facebook, gmail, whatsapp , Calender events etc. 4. Off wires - the wires are from behind the neck so its pretty cool that there is no accidental damage to the Ear phone wires. 5. Comfortable to wear. 6. Vibration alert - Calls are notified with vibration alert, which is good. 7. Easy access to buttons. 8. Two phones pairing with an ease. 9. very good value for money. Cons: When listening to music, if we keep the phone in pant pockets, some breaks are happening due to improper bluetooth connectivity, I tested in two phones, and phone with bluetooth 3.0 and 4.0 are having less issue wen compared to 2.0 version phones. but if the phone is not inside the pocket, then no issues with 2.0 or 3.0 or 4.0 version phones. I used many Bluetooth headsets, clipon types, the clips would get broken in 2 months or lesser than that, and less battery backup etc. but this head set from Samsung is definitely a master piece, you can even see the bettery charge level in the App.

Good service. But not convinced with the product. It gets disconnected frequently
