Canon Pixma PG Multi Color InkMagenta, Cyan, Yellow

Pathetic. I received a Canon Pixma colour cartridge on May 14. I installed it a couple of days later in my printer...since then, I have not taken ANY colour prints. On 24th May, when I attempted to take a couple of prints, I got a notification that the cartridge is low on ink. How is that possible, when I have not used it??? I suspect some tampering has happened and hence the delayed delivery. I wrote to Flipkart asking for a refund or a replacement asap. I called customer care and got an SMS that I would receive a call within an hour...i didn't. I then sent another email and was promised a reply in 24 hours which stretched to 48 hours. And now Flipkart says it's a no return category product. So why can't you refund me my 1200 bucks then??? You have just lost a customer, Flipkart.
