I have now used the Induction base Milk Pan and found it to be a good product at a very friendly price. The base is thick and has a sandwiched bottom for induction cooking. However, its side walls are not sufficiently thick to spread the heat uniformly while reducing irregular distribution of temperature when placed over an LPG burner. This causes the milk to dry on the side walls and get charred when boiled more than once. Anyway, this is not a very significant drawback if the sides are continually scraped, either by the ladle we often use to take out milk from the pan, or a spatula. Moreover, it has a slightly flared pouring edge which helps to pour the milk off the pan. Unfortunately, the pan has no lid which is a drawback but considering the price it is a fair trade-off. Overall, a very friendly price for a good product.
