Casio AD169 Youth Series Analog-Digital Watch - For Men

Watch is not as big as it looks in the picture.Dial Size is very small. Not for folks looking for big dials on their wrist !! Digital Screen is also very small. It looks like some kids watch not a men;s watch.

This is a great looking watch which is light in weight and heavy on features. As soon as I opened the box the watch hands began realigning themselves to UTC time, now this is a nifty feature to show-off. Soon I opened the manual and learned to select local time 'DEL' in our Indian case. No need to set time (Hours, Minutes and seconds) manually coz as soon as selected 'DEL' the watch again realigned itself to show me exact local time. WoW what can I say. Every function of this watch is clearly explained in the manual provided in the neat solid casio box which comes with a blank warranty card (I dunno what to do wid a blank warranty card) The casio box was packed neatly by flipkart in another cardboard box to avoid shocks and wear during transit, and that cardbox box was again packed in a waterproof pouch....amazing packaging. Coming back to the watch, its got all the features from time keeping to world time, its got stop watch, countdown timer, 5 alarms, hourly signal, 100Mts water resistance (10 BAR), calendar pre-programmed upto 2099 so that we dont have to worry about those leap year settings where we loose/gain day/month/time. The back light illumination is amber which is good enough for us to see in the dark without compromising too much on battery life. The hands also glow in dark. The best part of this watch is its SOLAR powered, ya no more worries on the batteries dying out and getting replaced. The rechargeable battery used by this watch can even be charged in the dullest of light, i.e it keeps charging throughout the day indoor or outdoor as long as you dont pack it. Conclusion: Great watch for everyday use including swimming and other sports. very thin and light weight watch. Worth every penny spent. Not at all a small watch by any means with around 5cm by 5cm diameter i think it will look well on people from skinny to thick wrists.
