Good quality balls from tennex but cost was expensive

I had ordered about 4 dozens of these tennex hard cricket balls which was shipped by different suppliers. After we started to use them we realized that about 2.5 dozens of orders that were sent to us are fake and they do not have the standard hologram on the boxes. When I reached out to flipcart about that they said that they cannot replace it as the 10 day period had expired. Lesson learnt is make sure the package you receive has original item. Question to flipcart is what are you going to do the vendors who are selling fake goods and there is no quality check.
