Works flawlessly, connects to multiple devices. In love with the noise cancellation, I can be in any traffic and talk without facing any issues. Though its pricey as compared to other bluetooth headsets in the market, I found the performance way better than the others and decided to Flipkart on the other hand seems to have delivered an old/refurbished device, the box was all dirty and faded but since I have no time to waste with the Flipkart call centre idiots, and the product inside worked well, I didn't choose to return the item.

After a month it was not working properly

Excellent product from Plantronics.. Audio is very clear but at Max Volume settings the music seems to crack a little but other wise for conversations voice is crystal clear.
