A good budget choice but 'not really nano'

I bought this item in the last week of June 2014 and have been using it since then. I already have a Logitech Mouse Keyboard combo but one cannot lug the whole setup around, especially when travelling. I bought this for use during journeys and places where I cannot take my M+K setup. The product is whatever one expects from a wireless mouse. One nice thing was the access to the battery compartment. Unlike other mice I used, the cover isn't the bottom but the top part (the one with the lenovo logo printed). And it's magnetic - no effort needed to remove it, just a little nudge will do. And snapping it back is amazing - the moment you move the cover to the area, it automatically aligns and sticks to the mouse. The click and feel during that snap-on is amazing. The included battery is still running. Given that Logitech guarantees 1 year for its mice, I expect this too to last nearly that long. No annoying LEDs on the top so it lets you work distraction free. I have used on a variety of surfaces like the study desk, my recliner, my office desk, on a uneven cotton mattress and it worked flawlessly on all. The scroll sound is in no way irritating but I guess that depends on the user as well. If you have good hearing and get easily disturbed by other sounds, then you'll have to research more or probably even use one and check it. In my case, the click sound is more audible than the scroll one but again, your mileage may vary. Coming to the dongle, this is where part of my title 'not really nano' comes in. As mentioned earlier, I wanted this only on occasions where my M+K setup is cumbersome. So the plan was to attach the 'nano' dongle and forget. However the dongle is a little longer than I expected and a good 3-4mm of the USB male plug stays out - I expected the complete plug to go in so that only the black part used to hold the dongle protrudes out. On a normal USB male plug, we can see two square holes - this one has four. What this means is I cannot 'forget' this device is attached to the laptop. If I put the laptop in the bag on the side where this dongle is inserted, the laptop remains wobbly. So I have to remember always to put the laptop with the dongle side up. I have taken a few photos to illustrate this better but sadly no customer images are allowed in Flipkart. To be sure, I checked in 2 other laptops and also on a USB hub - that extra 3-4mm is always out. With that aspect away, when it comes to function, this mouse is like any other well made piece. I absolutely don't see any difference over the Logitech ones which are usually the most bought in this price segment. Fit is again user dependent but one of my friends said that it fits better than his Logitech one. My Logitech mouse is a little raised at around the center of my palm while this one is a little more flat. But both fit me well and I have never had any pain.
