Extremely silent washing and spinning. Buy only Smart Inverter and don't go for the obsolete models of LG, even if they are discounted. Purchased at 12k. So book it if and when it is around that net price range. Otherwise buy 6.2 kg version for 10k. Whichever is available, not much of a difference. If you want jet spray technology, then go for a higher model (waste of money though if you don't get soft water in abundance). Only white was available and it looks fine. Not too shiny. Not complicated in its functions. LG gives full service for online purchases. So installation and service is free of cost. The AMC(annual maintenance) after the 2 year warranty is 1.5k per annum, which is cheaper than others. All the best.
