Here is why. + Sound quality is more than satisfactory better than Phillips Bluetooth speakers which I currently own ~ 1200. - The surface base is not proportionate to height; it is rather a fall prone. Ideally, length should have been bigger than height. - Right light for charging is always on; you never know when it is charged. - The range is very small; it doesn't work beyond 9 foot, the sound begins to crack. - Manual is misleading, there is a switch for power button, but the manual says that press the power button for three seconds. - Volume is either too low or too high; It increases exponentially. - Blinking Bluetooth light, my prior speakers has always-on light. Blinking one is more distracting

Damaged product quality too low... Very disappointed with the product non usable
