This is an advanced Modem Router with the latest in the Wireless Technology. The product is well crafted, looks very good with various features and options and apparently is also ready for the upcoming optic fibre networking - under FTTH (Fibre to the Home). However, much to my disappointment, neither BSNL nor I could not configure the router as I was constantly getting an error message whenever I tried to connect to the net using this Modem. Configuring the modem is easy but this bit of connecting to the net through the modem proved to be its undoing and had not much of a choice but to return. Flipkart did a wonderful work on this factor and am very thankful to them for doing this. There was no point in having a relatively expensive piece of equipment if it can not be used. My 1st return of an electronic item. Update on May 12, 2015: As promised by Flipkart, they refunded the entire amount to my account on May 11, 2015. One suggestion, though: In case of relatively expensive equipments, such as these, Flipkart should look at providing technical support either by themselves or through the OEM.
