Nivia Foam Hand Grip

Ordered this product on 15-jan - 2013, though the shipping days was mentioned as 2-3 days, I received it the very next day (16-Jan-2013). You have two hand grips in the pack, and he packing is really good. Specially for the people, who spend much of their time before computers, typing the keyboard, handling mouse should try this product to make good blood circulation in their arms.

the product is amazing you get 2 of them for both of your hands...... both have soft form grip so that there is plenty of grip if you may sweat a lot..during using it.. BUT IT IS VERY SMALL IN SIZE FOR MY HANDS its total length is 12.5 cm from top to bottom....and the radius of the handle is 12.5 mm..... and the length of the handle(only handle i mean the blue part) is 8.9 cm....=all the measurements are measured by the digital vernier calipers = AND on the box the following points are written:- WARNING: *Always consult you doctor before beginning a fitness or exercise programme. *Be sure to know the signs of over exertion. *Do not exercise 45 minutes before eating, or one hour after eating. delivered within 7 days and it is reasonably priced while sport shop offer it at MRP but i got huge discount. build quality is good and its durable as well. interested buyers must give it a try. sometimes it makes sound while using but a drop of lube will ease it well. Customers be advised that pack contains a pair not one hand grip.
