I got this within 2 days only. And for this price it's actually value for money if you compare with other Bluetooth headsets. Pros: 1. Sound quality is pretty amazing and you get notifications like how much battery is remaining, incoming call, connected or lost connection! 2. Nokia Bluetooth headset (which costs around same) sound like China-made in front of this. 3. If you are music lover then but obvious you like to listen with both ears and in this category it perfectly fits. 4. It has a Bast Boost option for those who want more bass. 5. Sound comes crystal clear while listening to music or talking- on bike, in car or anywhere. 6. Range is actually 10 meters as promised! Cons: 1. For some songs Bast Boost doesn't suit so the quality minimizes. And yeah, it can be connected to every Bluetooth handset and even to laptops. Pros: Easy to set up, works well with both phone and laptop. Good sound quality Good build quality. The microUSB port is well-shielded by a rubber flap that does not feel flimsy. Comfortable, once you find a good fit for your ear. Cons: When the play/pause button is pressed, the headset pauses music playback and feeds ambient audio from the mic to the speakers. This is included functionality. The downside here is that pressing the button doesn't always pause audio, instead it cuts off the audio and gives you the above mentioned ambient audio, WHILE the music still plays in the background in the player. It does not pause. If you press the play button again, music resumes playing as if it was never paused. Good sound quality is hard to achieve with these weird shaped in-ear thingys. Trial and error is the trick here, because if the rotation of those "tunnels" is not right, the audio is loud enough and is painful after a while. The cord joining these two earpieces is just that: a cord. It is not stiff, as shown in the image. You can't rest the headset on your neck as you would with a neckband or something. This is just a personal issue, though. I was misled by the picture. Multi-Point functionality is limited to pairing one A2DP device and one non AD2P device. I was unable to get it connected with both my phone and laptop at the same time. Battery life is worse off than other similar headsets. In all, for the price, you'd probably find the Philips SBH6110 a more convenient device. My only gripe with the Philips headset is its audio quality. Plantronics simply has better sound.

Music Quality (8/10) - Above average for a bluetooth headset 3. Bass Feature (6/10) - On some tracks it is overkill ;) 4. Proximity (7/10) - Connection tend to weakens around 10-12 + feet 5. Ease of Use (7/10) - The volume and FWDREW buttons are difficult to access when in use 6. Design (7/10) - I will say above average 7. Features (8/10) - Loved the voice information on battery/connection on off 8. Battery (5/10) - I observed it lasts for 3-4 hrs on continuous use. Not 7 hrs as advertised. I charge it once per day. 9. Plantronics Support - Can't comment now Using with my N9 Black 16 GB. So far no issues. Please charge the headset completely before first use. Verdict: Recommended for anyone who wants a decent Bluetooth headset. Not for audiophiles :)
