HP DeskJet Ink Advantage 3635 All-in-One PrinterWhite, Ink Cartridge

First thing first - Packing was wonderful and I got it delivered in 1 and a half day in standard delivery !!!...surely that was fast this time by ekart. Now for the product - Installing this product was easy if you follow setup manual thoroughly( It took me about 20 minutes). A CD with all drivers and software comes along. Wireless feature works well with my lappy and desktop ( I can print through desktop without wire bcz i have a router...u can also use HPeprint , it also works well when i tried). Got a free cartridge inside box and its yield is good. I printed about 90 pages yesterday( B/W) and it consumed about 20% black ink , so i think it can yield atleast 400 Pages till end. Print speed is about 10-11 ppm( calc. myself for b/w) Some people in previous reviews told that their printer yield with free cartridge was only 80 pages. I don't know how that happened. It can depend on the layout of the page and how much matter is their in the pages... Scan and copy mode works well and if u have any other problem u can take help online. OVERALL I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AT THIS PRICE.

The product received is absolutely good and the prints are very crisp and clear. However, the delivery personnel at the time of delivery said that the support from HP will schedule and appointment and give a demo of the product. It's been almost 2 weeks now and I am yet to receive the call. All this has made me wonder if this product is an original and if HP would even support if the warranty is claimed.

I got it within 3 days. Packing was great, thanks to WS retail. About the product; Quality wise HP and Canon are same. I think Canon is little bit better than HP. But the thing is that the cost of cartridge!! I used Canon Pixma 2970 for past 1 year. Colour cartridge costs 1350 INR and black was 880 INR. XL ones costs 200+ INR each. That was not at all affordable to me. So I decided to change the brand. The usable cartridge for this printer is HP680. Each one costs up to 540 INR max. I paid 5100 INR for this printer. About printing; In my personal experience, Canon is better than HP in this area. Prints per min is higher in HP, but quality is not as much as Canon printer. If we put the setting for print quality from "normal to best" printing will become a pain. It is too much slow. But in normal mode I got satisfactory speedy printing. But like I said before, quality is less. Ink consuming rate is little bit higher in most of HP cartridges. For glossy photo paper printing purpose, please avoid this. Because it will not last for more than 25 papers I think. For normal printing, it looks fine to me. Reuse the cartridges with suitable ink. I am using "Gocolor Ink", I could print same quality of brand new cartridge. Features of this printer, 1. Cartridge is HP680 for 540 INR each max. 2. Pretty big and got some weight on it. 3. Build quality is great (like canon) 4. Border-less printing available. 5. Only manual duplex printing (software support is needed) 6. WiFi direct is available. 7. A small display is available that shows no. of copies, Ink level, WiFi signal level etc. 8. No auto turn on available, but auto turn off is there. 9. Default scanning resolution is 200ppi. Up-to 1200ppi is possible. 300 or 600ppi is suitable for normal scanning. For 1200ppi, a scanned single page would be 24mb min!!! 10. At last, it is a cute printer.
