Mikado Premium Construction Men's Printed Crew Length SocksPack of 10

I had bought Mikado Premium Socks from flipkarts. But they provide me wrong pairs of socks as shown on the website. When i called the customer service guy and told them about the problem related to the product. They conformed to change but since i did not had my Bank account no.They asked me to call them again. But when i called and gave them detail of my bank account. They refused to change the product. And wasted more than hour of time by redescribing the issue again to service guy and then to the manager. They told they would call again and clear the matter. But nothing has been done yet....... Are there manager not capable to take there own decision for the service provided by the company...or are they careless or not consumer friendly company (( I feel like cheated by the policy of no refunds on shocks. By sending me wrong products. Its like you click on non refunded products and they can send you anything.)) This problem is when you receive the product and you see the wrong product and immediately call them.....People be aware of policy and service fraud done by flipkart on refundable items....
