Worst after sales service of Onida

This AC was purchased on 2nd June and is a defective piece. I have been trying since June 2015 to take care of the problem. Technician visited and said your transformer is defective. I replaced the transformer but the problem is not solved. The persons sitting on the customer care helpline are so negligent and careless they don't acknowledge the problem. Recently on 22nd August same problem was reported and after numerous reminders 1 engineer visited after 10 days and assured for replacing the defective part within 2 days but he also disappeared and no one is responding from Onida. There is no use of purchasing the A/c of such a reputed brand who claims to be one of the best service provider in the industry. I alarm all the buyers to refrain from this brand.

Best AC at Best Price

Onida 1 Ton 3 Star Split Air Conditioner was delivered on time. The product is good and cools the 150sft room efficiently. I recommend this product who wish to buy online from Flipkart which is the best deal. Cooling is amazing and energy efficiency is decently good as well. I am happy with the product and I think it is a great AC and people should really buy it rather than buying a high end AC or some others which offer similar features for high prices. If you are on minimal budget 20k - 30k then go for this.

ONLY excellent delivery by flipkart. After that extremely poor follow up and response. POOR installation procedure, where i had to make several phone calls to Onida customer care to get AC installed in Hyderabad.really bad experience for installation, took 2 days to install AC, that to after 5 days of delivery. no follow up, nothing from either Flipkart or Onida. Good product at given price, but for me installation was a nightmare. I never expected flipkart to completely ignore such concern from there customers, really disappointing. perhaps got my learning from this experience and will stay away from Flipkart.
