My Official Review after 3 months of usage...!

Let me put my review this way 1) delivered before expected delivery time 2)build quality top notch and comes with a moto style mod 3)upgradable to nougat 7.0 via OTA 4)display quality is excellent as compared to other phones in this segment with full hd amoled display 5)battery with a full charge will certainly pass through a day even with heavy gps and wifi usage and also supports fast charging 6)optimisations are good with no lag and a antutu benchmark of 63000 7)earphone sucks and the moto care and their service it simply awesome. They even upgrade your phones software for free. PLEASE DO LIKE MY REVIEW AND SUPPORT ME..!

    Review after 2 months use

What I expected from phone :- Good Display Best battery life Smooth Operation Stylish look Better Camera Where I'm with regards to my expectations :- Display is really nice. It not something I'm missing about my old Galaxy note as its par with that. Battery life is very good with 8-10 hrs of very normal use the battery was still 68%.By normal use I mean :- watsapp, video streaming (15-20 mins), Camera use (15 mins), and other trivial things like attended + dialled 3-4 calls etc., I use market application and some learning apps and there was no issues while multitasking. The switching was smooth and did not observe any lags for the same. I don't play games so can't give you idea on response for same. Mobile is very stylish with the free style mod that I've got. Style and looks are subjective but very few will disagree with me on moto z's style. Camera quality is very good compared to the price range it is coming in. I'm probably one who captures memories more in in memory than in phone. It was not very big criterion for me but z play's camera quality is impressive compared to my old galaxy note. Video recording gets a bit of hit. I think compared to photos; videos are (bit) inferior in quality. Other Observations :- Turbo Charger works super fast. I had struggled with my old phone and other phones when it comes to charging but this one was pretty good. I found that phone heats up while charging but over the period it has improved. It stills heats up but cools down as well. ONE ISSUE I OBSERVED - While playing songs on speakers or headphone at high volume if you receive any notification (SMS,Watsapp) the volume goes down and notification tone gets played. This volume now should come back to same level as before but it still stays low. MOTOROLA was a better brand. I think the phone is good but earlier standards of MOTO was a benchmark. I've used MOTO L7/9 and since then I was a MOTO fan. Feel free to mark useful if you find so. Thanks

Moto Z play with style mod

Its one of the best mobile i seen under 25k. Pros:- I didnt feel any heating issue except for turbo charging 3A (no issues in 1A or 2.1A charging). Screen clarity is awesome, decent sound volume, nice camera (could be better in low light and OIS could have been better). Battery is crazy, good screen time and standby time ( I get a little more than 1.5 days - not a gamer) I'm happy to buy from Flipkart, good service and offers

    Mind-blowing purchase

Hi I have been using this phone from past two days , I can't write a in-depth review at this point of time ☺. But their some points which are awesome in this phone . Battery life is awesome on an average I get close to 100 outgoing and incoming call , I charged my battery to 100 % and I didn't believe it even after playing games watching 1 movie . I still have 22 percent left after using heavily for one whole day. There is no lag in the phone , it's smooth this phone has been optimized well for using the resources available in the phone .I mean RAM management , processor clock speed and battery optimization. My wife uses one plus 3 , it's a good phone full charge in 45 min but battery drainage is fast . If I want to give stars out of 10 to one plus 3 and moto z play . One plus 3 - 7 Moto z play - 9 Now some people will think one plus 3 is packed with good processor , more RAM but we forget it not about the hardware we put in .it's about the management, optimization and performance aligned with the hardware . The best example for the above statement is iPhone 6s . Only 2 GB RAM BUT PERFORM LIKE BUTTER. SO GUYS I HOPE THIS REVIEW MIGHT HELPFUL TO MAKE A DECISION .THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I HAVE WRITTEN A REVIEW . At last but not least I AM LOVING IT !!!

    Wonderful

Good phone but lacks a basic feature which is expected by Indian market, A radio. Rest the phone has little to complain about. Nice body, descent camera and no lag... Overall satisfied.

    Value-for-money

Have used it for a week. Tried checking every feature specified plus tried to look out for any hidden features. So here is my review with pros and cons as well as some comparisons... A. Pros 1. Looks beautiful. And the free style shell is an added advantage. 2. Front Camera performs really well. 3. It's an AMOLED screen but has setting for realistic colours for peps like me who don't really like over saturation. 4. During night when you slide down the brightness to lowest it really does go to a real low just what you all night people wanted. 5. Battery life is amazing got more the 6 hrs sot even when playing Pokemon Go. 6. Moto Gestures, Lock as well as Unlock from the fingerprint sensor, One handed Mode, Promised Android 7.0 update, Water resistant are all its own unique features. B. Cons 1. The International Moto Z play has option for Recording 1080p Video at 60fps. Sadly Indian version doesn't have it. 2. The back is made out of glass and that makes it delicate to drops or to scratches with pockets with keys or coins inside. Moto Style shell helps but that does make the device bit heavy overall. 3. One thing this phone can be beaten by competition will be Rear Camera in Low lights. 4. Since it's designed for Moto modes there is not back cover that can protect its sides. Yes the sides are made out of Metal that is really strong but still you don't want scratches on that beauty do you?? C. Comparisons OnePlus 3 Over Moto Z play OnePlus has a better Camera. And it's more powerful device for multi tasking. While Moto Z play looks better has better battery life. Has expandable memory card slot. Doesn't feel slow until you really start comparing both side by side. Over Honor 8 I would simply say Honor 8 apart from camera can be beaten in all else department by Moto Z play. Over Lenovo Z2 plus This device kinda feels like Moto Z play's smaller sibling at 5 inches with almost same material and sturdy feel from outside. Moto Z play beats Z2 PLUS IN CAMERA and Stock Android UI but then Else all its Z2 plus that wins the cake. Over Asus Zenfone 3 Moto Z play has better Camera and Battery life while Zenfone looks better and weights lighter.

    Really Nice

Pros :- -superb battery life and also fast charging (Turbo charging) -very good design and finishing no need to use power button, fingerprint -sensor even helps to off the screen front facing flash -super Amoled display looks thin (with out style mod) -wide angle lens front face camera helps to take good group selfies Cons :- back glass is easily markable with our fingers And also easy to make scratches -there is a very slight movement with the mod even when it's is attached perfectly -cheap quality earphones -over priced moto mods
