speaker quality worst. calling attending option not working. on call the other party over call is not able to hear my voice clearly. requested for return 7 times with flipkart. and the request is rejected all the times provding useless solutions which is not working. they said to visit service center and they will process the req. but that was again fake. after visiting the center it has been more than 2 weeks and it is not resolved. worst service of flipkart. flipkart has lost its loyalty. its become the worst. never buy anything from flipkart hereafter. no after service.. useless!!!!

Moto E 2nd generation mobile is not functioning well. I made return request 2 times...but still no one was responding..Kindly look into this matter and do needful at earliest. My mobile was not functioning well and it was getting down battery very often...browsing is very slow and volume also not clear. Kindly return new piece and oblige. Thanking you Sai prabhakar

I think this review would be useful for those who want to go with this phone. I bought moto e2 on 1st day itself. Before that i used lumia 510. I am giving review after using a month(almost). Pros 1. Batter life superb.( without net I use a week) 2. Primary cam have auto focus, you can take pictures perfectly 3. It's lollipop 4. Touch is very good 5. Nice gaming experience 6. Speaker sound loud & clarity 7. Fast processor 8. Amount 9. Brand (Now) 10. Never hangs Cons 1. Sometimes heating up 2. Take long time for charging 3. If you forgot to unplug earphone, won't be getting ring when a call comes 4. Unnecessary using RAM without using phone.(leads to slow) 5. Secondary camera not good, but we can't expect more 6. Some of applications stopping in the middle, showing "Unfortunately stopped" All over i have satisfaction with this price.

I was waiting for this phone for 10days before it released. Because we all are aware with the moto e 1st gen. And also with the other models, all the models has their different plus point to each other. Finally I have received my new moto e 2nd gen. As usual Flipkart always rock. Within 2days they delivered the product. Truly friend the phone looks awsm. It never looks like low budget phone. It looks like junior nexus. The phone gripe is very good, for the manufacture material. And the side gripe and also for the design of the phone. Very slim and mat finish. 1. Let’s talk about the hardware part. Before I brought this phone I saw many review, many video and many compare sum. May be at the same price you would get better configuration phone like Lenovo A6000, Xiaomi etc. but very honest boss a brand talk. The thing is not that you got best features in very low budget, thing is that you should get decent & enough configuration, and the phone should run as it is for long long time. That capability moto has dear. 2. Now talk about the screen, resolution is very clear. And small thing also readable. It has gorilla glass3 but I am using a protector but I have decided to remove. The lovely thing is that whenever you will touch the phone, without press or touch the screen the time and the notification will arrive on your middle of the screen, and will disappear automatically. 3. Let’s come with the battery backup. That is the main thing with all smart phones. But moto has 2390 mAh battery that gives good backup. Yesterday I have received the phone with 58% battery, & I have used the phone, like played games and used internet, other things etc. still phone was alive end of the day. 4. The lollipop looks awsm to use. Very fast and having lots of added features like voice detector. You can navigate any location, send email, search anything from google only by use your voice. 5. Sound quality is good, and video quality also good. overall everything up to the mark. 6. Network quality good, internet working truly massive. I have recharged for 2G pack but it gives Hybrid internet speed. 7. Now come down at the camera part, we cannot say it’s a worst camera. But quality is good at the normal day light. but we use it at low light like in bed room picture comes like not so clear, but you can use focus manually that helps you. Front camera is not for selfy starts, it’s for video call. We cannot say flash should be there, because before we brought the phone we were aware with the features. & I’m not a photographer but still I have a digital camera so I really don’t need that much camera.so I am satisfied. I would like to say that you can go for other phones like Lenovo or micromax or xiaomi etc. but thing is style, size, performance and brand. And friend one thing is durability. That moto has. I will recommend to the viewer you can go for this product you won’t feel bad for this phone. It will always make you special in your friend cercal. If I have able to convinced any one to buy this product.I will feel glad.

Guys, I bought this phone last month with lot of excitement. It is a great phone with the latest Android version and really good display. Phone functions very well but only one lag is the calling speaker which tears while you are calling someone & also when you are speaking with someone the voice tears. I got this phone replaced once after fighting for few weeks with Flipkart but the problem still persist with the new phone. I don't know if anyone else is also facing the same problem which I am facing. I don't have patience to fight with Flipkart & anyways they won't refund my money but will give another FAULTY MOTOROLA E2 which I think is not worth. If you can compromise over the tearing voice on phone calls than this is a great phone but if you cannot compromise please please please don't buy this phone and waste your money. Moto E 1st gen was a descent phone but I went greedy with the 2nd gen as it was offering the front camera and also slightly bigger screen & the latest Android. My message to Flipkart: Please stop selling these faulty MOTOROLA pieces in market & fool your customers. I know you have an EXCLUSIVE TIE-UP with Motorola but that doesn't mean they can compromise over the quality of the phone. You should take a serious action or else you will loose the customer loyalty.

My mistake.. i never read that this phone did not have a flash... Found out after ordering... how do they re-build a phone with a camera and not give it a flash...

Certainly good phone but surely there will be very good and better phones will be there. Lots Pros, but would like to hightlight the cons. 1. Very bad audio speaker and mike 2. Touch sometimes not working 3. Fast discharing of battery 4.Overheating These problems are very common in this phone. Coming to Flipkart. First time it hurt me alot. Flipkart service really sucks. They say 30days return policy. But they always convince and try to put lot of loops holes to not take back the phone. Really frustrated with flipkart service. They intentionally sold these moto e products. Hating Flipkart for the first time.

it is not a 4G set.no LED flash. everything is good..Moto e 2nd 3G is just awesome, but u shouldn't be in hurry to buy this phone because moto e 2nd gen 4G has is going to launch., just wait and u shall get better package of specs in reasonable price U should go for moto e 2nd gen 4G.

if you install some applications from google playstore the answer and reject button is not working and most time it has charging issues. If we inform to flipcart customer care they told not to install any apps then it will work fine, then why should I go for smart phone especially android?

Please deliver the good products..This has been facing lot of issues from day1..it is only 20 days old..
