    Don't judge a book by it's publisher !!

This is an awesome phone. Battery last easily about 1.5 days with more than medium usage (1 hour of gaming, 3G, Regular calls, PDF reading, Wi fi for 3-5 hours ). Camera quality is best among all the smart phones out there (except lumia 925/920 & 1020). It's even better than Xperia Z1 which has 20MP cam. Performance - It's flawless, Blessed with new snapdragon 800 processor. This phone has topped almost all the benchmarks. Screen - one word - "PERFECT", It has got a screen size of 5.2 inch. In a body of size smaller than that of Xperia z1(which has 5 inch display). Also it is IPS display, so very bright. Very comfortable even in Sun light. Weight: Super light for it's size. After using it, Xperia z1 feels heavy like a rock. This phone has the best of all the things that matters the most: Battery Life Display Camera Performance Light Weight Only place where it lags behind (not by big margin though) is it's plastic back cover. Though it is durable but it feels little cheap. But again, Most people put cover over such a premium phone. So it doesn't really matter much. Second concern which people have is it's Volume and Power button placement. It does take some time to get used to them. But after a while there is no going back. plus the knock on feature, does justify those button placements. The only problem this phone will face is it's brand name - LG. In India, people tend to go with the crowd. Today, the herd is following brands like Samsung and Sony. But this could be the come back phone for LG. Just like HTC one was for HTC. Any one thinking to buy a premium smart phone. I'll suugest you to go through online reviews on sites like - GSMArena, CNET, Phonearena. They all agree about what a monster this phone is. I bought two phone Xperia Z1 and LG G2 32 GB for me and my sister (from a local store, not flipkart. At much cheaper price! ). I have used them both for last two weeks(One week ech) and I have kept the G2 with me. I found this phone better than Z1 almost in every aspect, other than the Plasticy back. And people thinking to buy Note 3, A friendly advice for you - Please don't !!

    One Word For This..Awesome

I bought this phone from another website as Flip kart doesn't ship to my location..I have been using this mobile for 3 days now and trust me this mobile is a beast . Let's go straight to the good and the bad.. Things I don't like... The case is glossy plastic and you will notice fingerprints all over the body in just few days( hours actually) of usage . Back button placement is up to u whether you like it or not and also the non expandable storage , I have got the 32 GB version and it's ok for me but some people might want more memory . Things I like.. Display.. Simply amazing 5.2 inch Full HD display. Viewing angles are generous and colors are natural and well balanced. ,Brighter screen so very good when using outside in sunny day . Performance.. This phone is very fast thanks to the Qualcomm 800 chipset and adreno 330 gpu which is common in most flagship phones now a days even with Lg's huge suit of softwares . Battery.. This phone can make it through the day even with heavy usage as it comes with 3000mh battery.. Sound.. The speaker is very loud and with the hi fi sound system it rocks when u put the headphones on..i have a steel series v1 headphone but the headsets comes with the box is also very good ... Software.. it comes with a bunch of softwares from which my favorite is knock on..double tapping the screen turns the phone on..qslide also works very well . Camera.. Pics taken from this phone in broad day light is simply stunning with great details in it ...pics in low light are also good due to it's large aperture and it comes with optical image stabilization and loads of camera modes that you will really enjoy taking pics from this phone..it can easily replace ur point and shoot camera.. So this phone has a long list of pro's with very little cons and trust me it's worth every penny and u wont regret buying this phone .

    Monster

Hi Friends, I have just purchased G2 32GB BLACK from LG Shoppe from New Delhi, India. (sold out my Note-2) I am writing this review on the basis of 10 days usage. First of all... It was difficult for me to choose LG over some other big good companies like Apple, Samsung, Sony Or HTC and Nokia also. But after many feedback from users, i went for G2 with a smiling face :) Rest Of the phones are also very Good...! First Impressions... Its not a Glass panel or aluminium body phone... But the Plastic used is of very fine quality and of good texture...(MUCH BETTER than SAMSUNG) its definitely unique...and added to it...very less bezels...Slim And Sexy Phone... The phone looks Good too !! :) Buttons on the back will make u look unique and different from the regular phones... u will get used to it within a few Hours... Sensible work by LG !! Screen is simply fantastic... Good Viewing angles and full HD is a treat to it. (AUTO Mode screen is not very responsive though) The LED Back-lit Power Button is very Appealing. Blazingly fast Phone !! Very good Lock screen options...shortcuts and even the effects... Do try The Crystal one !!! CAMERA is Surprisingly Superb... Believe me its better than Z1. Please...no offence... Z1 is good but its zoom is pathetic ! Loudspeaker is delivering some high quality output but not very loud. Battery is Enormous >> 3000mah !! Heavy use >> 15-22 hrs. Moderate use >> 20-28 hrs. Light use >> 44 hrs+ The most unexpected thing...at least from LG... THE EARPLUGS (out of the box) ARE MIND BLOWING... OUTSTANDING... Such a good quality of sound... WOW ! Very handy phone... The Best Android Right now... IT wont disappoint u from any angle... JUST GO FOR IT... Thats all... Thankyou ! Have a Great Day

Amazing phone-Its the best phone till date

I was hesitant on buying a phone from LG for such a huge price but purchased it after reading reviews from all over the web. Ordered it on afternoon of 31.10.2013 and got it on 02.11.2013 at 12 PM. Excellent fast delivery. I opened the phone and it was mesmerizingly good looking. I switched it on with the supplied charging of 80% of battery and started using it rigorously in 3G network. The battery lasted for about 30 hours. The first field got full marks. Provided processor is ultra fast and smooth. Remote function works excellently. In the description, USB tethering is not mentioned but it's available in the phone.Sound quality of audio and video both is very good and earphones are fantastic. Secondly, the display is just awesome and the features provided invoked my curiosity in exploring more and more features. The features provided are so interesting and phantasmagorical that I regained my lost interest in android phones. Just one sentence for the features that "You go on exploring and it will not disappoint you by reaching the limit too early". It's camera and camera features are magical. In fact I clicked photos by switching off the lights and those were perfect like DIGI CAM. Zooming the video feature is unbelievable. Whoever planning to buy an android phone, I would suggest to go for it rather than typical phones. This is having ample of new things to keep your interest. Just adding few more update after using it for 4 months. For last four months I was exploring each and every feature an I was amazed every time I came to know a new one. This phone has humongous features and no phone can compete with it in near future for at least one year. Apart from lots features and awesome display, This phone has amazing battery, camera, video recording too which are most common requirement of anyone buying a phone.

Mind blowingly amazing battery, great camera.

Don't go by the hundreds and thousands of reviewers who will keep hammering you with the advantage of being on the "stock android" experience and the "pure google experience". I have been a nexus 4 user since an year. Gave it tonnes of thought. Wanted to buy and almost bought nexus 5. But got an amazing deal on LG G2 - bought it for just 36k. FK had dropped the price to 40k along with a 10% cashback on HDFC. By paying 4k more than nexus 5, I get a 1.5 times more powerful battery and 2x more in real usage, and a MUCH better camera than the nexus 5. It's better than all other android phones anyway so no use comparing to anything else. Ok, let's talk about the elephant in the room first. It's battery last really... REALLY long. Here's an example to give you an idea of what 'long' really means: you wake up, read emails, browse the news, flipboard, facebook, etc for 15-20 minutes. Battery goes down just 1%. You go on your office commute, watch live TV via 3G in your car for a half an hour-45 minutes commute. Also, My Tracks is running in the background recording your GPS activity, sync, bluetooth etc is on, music is streaming, etc. - for those 45 minutes of almost 90% brightness (as the phone is mounted in bright sunlight on the car's windshield), battery goes down just 4-5%. You spend your workday with intermittent screen time, some facebooking, emailing, whatsapping, chatting, checking your calendar, and some browsing during lunch time. After the end of the entire day with 3-4 hours of screen time and another 45 minute session of live 3G streaming and my tracks in the car, battery is _still_ at 70-75%! It is just mind blowing. You will be glad to own a phone which doesn't go out when you really needed at some evening or while travelling or long journeys, etc. That and the fact that it is powering such monster specs, is amazing. Camera: The low light quality is stunningly good. HDR is also very good. Shutter speed quick. Camera app has good useful settings (much better than the pure google experience camera app anyday). OS: Having used stock android 4.4 (and 4.3 for the most part) on my N4, I have to say that I do NOT miss it at all and I do not have any disgust/frustration at LG's UI. I have replaced the stock messaging app of LG with a pure android version. Have installed Swype keyboard. The only LG UI remaining is the notification bar and settings. Initially I was neutral to it and thought I'll install stock android if I get annoyed with the UX, but after a week's usage, believe it or not, I actually like LG's UI. Give it a chance, you'll get used to it. It actually has a lot of useful functions. I do like the QSlide apps too! Issues: the body is not that strong, so if you drop it a few times (like I've done), it'll start giving squeeky sounds from the back. Cover it up in a good case.

    Superb Mobile, Kudos LG

I certify LG G2 32GB as the best mobile available in the market in terms of value for money, features, build quality and performance. Certainly, the flagship model of LG. Pros ------ Excellent Full HD Display and Touch Fastest processor Amazing Camera Awesome sound Good looks (buy the black one) Big 5.2" screen in a compact design due to very low bevels on the side UI is very professionally made Plenty of in-built apps, quickmemo, remote, qslide are some of the cool ones Knock on feature is very easy to use Lasts upto 1-1.5 days with heavy 3G/Wifi usage 3000mah battery which takes just 90mins to fully charge as it supports quick charge 2.0 technology....25%charge in just 10-15mins Wifi Range is superb Good storage capacity (you get 24.80gb user memory in the 32gb version and only around 10-11gb in the 16gb version), there is no distinction between the apps and non-apps memory Am sure the KitKat update which is coming soon would have some more great features Cons ------ Screen guard and cover should be a part of the sales package for such high cost phones.

Awesome phone - Lives upto expectations

Volume & Power Key - Once you get used to it you will find it better than conventionally placed keys Processor - Fast speed. All apps work great. No lag in Subway Surfers. Quick Window Cover - Very convenient and useful Ergonomics - Very easy to hold in hand Screen - Amazingly good. Thin bezel makes it look really good. Interface - Functionality wise its good. Camera - Not used much but right now I am not really a fan of G2's camera. Still I wud say its good till now. LG Apps - No redundant apps like Samsung. All apps included are very useful. Battery - Great - Charges fast... discharges slow.. very less discharge overnight KnockOn - Excellent feature Not so good - Sound Output is ok. Cover doesn't look very Rich. Back panel and screen catch finger print marks easily Wallpaper, Themes and Interface colours not as good as Samsung No SD Card Option Battery is unremovable If you are considering to buy S4, Note 3 or Z1, then I would suggest you better buy this phone. You can get it cheaper on indiatimes.com thou I only shop from Flipkart. If you are considering to buy HTC One, you can go ahead for its look and sound quality. If you are considering to buy an iPhone then don't waste time reading reviews of Android Phones.
