Please do not buy Htc 820s or any HTC mobile from flipkart, HTC Service centers refused to take phones even if its in warranty period. i m suffering between flipkart and Htc.

truly an amazing phone..i"ll definitely prefer 820s over samsung or any other mobile inthis price segment. #flawless permoance...battery gets you thruough the entire day with average gaming ,surfing , texting,and call time.. #huge screen and striking looks..though its not 1080 p but gives away an fantastic display quality... #it takes a little more time than usual to charge fully but isn't a problem if are textning or gaming along with charging #boom speakers are adequately loud...and the feel of this phone is that of high ranged mobles... 12 gb user avaible internal space is quite helpfull and even with 4-5 apps running 1gb ram is free to make/recieve calls or surf the net.. #i've read many reviews saying that it overheats..but i haven't faced such problem..its very good phone and worth the money.. one more thing, grey or black variant are better looking than sartoni white..

I have both the version of 820 and 820S. I felt 820S is better because it support 64 bit applications. Though processor speed people say is low i applied some material games which depends on processor and only 820S supports it. Camera of-course HTC camera quality is not as expected but check Sony 21 MP camera with HTC 13 MP Camera then you will never comment of Camera of HTC. Sound no one can comment on HTC sound. I support HTC 820S as of now.

The Phone is great in its price range, it is up to date according to today's need and technology. Pluses are nice Camera, nice speakers, nice processes, nice touch, good storage space etc, etc. Minuses are poor Battery backup, Nano SIM Slot, a bit over size, Battery heating, non removable Battery, etc, etc..

HTC service center has denied to give warranty on online purchased mobile inspite of being purchased from renounced WSselller. In first week of purchase my phone's mic was not working, i went to HTC service center( in Jaipur), there service person said we donot entertain service warranty for online mobile set, then i talked with customer care on HTC toll free number, they also said same thing. I was lucky that flipkart offers 30 day replacement warranty, by which they took it back with 100% refund within 48 hours.

Very poor Battery,Camera, Speakers. I returned this mobile to Flip kart within 15 days after buy.. But Thanks Flip kart for Refund Money, Guys Please don't go to this Mobile

i had purchased this phone in spite of one plus because i need dual sim p[hone......bt guys believe me plz plz plz dnt buy this phone ....dnt have ur expected camera quaity .....13 miga pixle its a joke of the century...really worst..... htc really disappoint me this time.... i ill never recommend anyone for this mmobile ... next update: guys one more issue after using this phone for a week i found my phone automatically switchedoff for half an hour .... every time it is showing that it been disconnected when i try to connect it with my laptop... and seriously it take 5 to 6 hours to get fully charged i can say it as one day i returned from office at 9 am and put my phone (15% battery remains ) and when i woke up at 3 pm it still charging it means in 6 hour it only done 84% battery wow..... so i decided to complain to flipcart customer care bt it was horrible experience they told me to install a app then i dont know what they checked n told me everything is fine in ur phone.... now what shall i do..???? so be aware its ur money dnt waste like me use it sm

Camera have no clearty. when make settilng full size show 9.5 mp and screen set 4.3 then show 13mp but take pics like pics 5 mp, nothing special in this mb. feel like old version mb phone, heating issue sound also very slow...

Don't go with Desire 820S. Desire 820 and 820Q are way better than this phone. This phone doesn't comes with Full Sense UI. It has lighter version Sense UI and a mediatek chipset even at 22K whereas 820 and 820Q has full Sense UI. This phone has hardened glass whereas 820 and 820Q comes with Gorilla Glass 3. You can check all these info on HTC India website.

specifications of this phone is awesome. possibly the best for the price. only difference between 820 and 820s is the user interface. u get less editing options and some other features that r in 820. however the phone is very fast and very good to use. and as always , thnx flipkart for saving more than 2000, had i purchased it from a retailer
