    complete loss

phone is amazing but the truth is something else. Please bear with this post.... This has been by far the worst online shopping experience I've experienced. I still can't believe FLIPKART would treat a customer this way. Please bear with me..this is going to be a long post To elaborate......I ordered a blackberry Z10 and paid online. I received my order on time(I must say). To my surprise....First it was a used phone. It was laminated and had a contact number already saved in it and there was no seal on it's box. Second....Earphones were not original(even which are sold on footpath and in local market have better quality.....can bet on it). Third.....when I called Flipkart .....CCE asked me to wait till 7PM as it was not showing delivered in it's system. I requested him please annotate it but again same line call after 7PM because before that we can't help you. His supervisor Vaishali said the same thing. I called them after 7PM and they said we will check it and will get back to you. I kept on waiting then next day someone called me from Flipkart and said sorry sir and blah blah blah. I asked him please explain how could a used phone be there in Flipkart warehouse and all. Again same line Sorry sir we will get it checked and definitely action would be taken against the seller(MAXX overseas-Bawana, New Delhi). So to summarise...I received a used or may be stolen phone from flipkart.com and their answer was it's not our fault but we will definitely take some action against the seller. After number of conversations they asked me to do whatever I can. Dear Flipkart.Com you are already in the discussion in news after the footwear fiasco but it seems you still haven't learnt. This isn't fair. It seems your business mantra heavily relies on the fact that people are gullible. You think people are fool ?? It seems all it takes is to replace the I with an O in your name if you carry on such dishonest trade practices. I still want to buy my stuff from Flipkart. But with such incidents, I have begun to question my choice of buying from your platform. Since Flipkart thinks they can get away with this, and there is nothing customers can do, Please LIKE AND SHARE so that people realise how FLIPKART is blatantly cheating it's customers. ?#‎advicetocustomers?......don't go for flipkart(atleast for electronic gadgets). ?#‎advicetoflipkart?....Stop taking customers for granted and please stop ABUSING your customers. P.S:- giving it 1 star coz it was delivered on time :(

    Awesome Product

although i have not purchased item from Flipkart, but product is excellent, i am using it from last 4 days & its superb. its not for masses, hence dont expect its in range of 30K, product contains the premiumness into it, screen is excellent, & its very responsive, for battery back up, dont worry at all, it last one complete long day with around 40% juice still remain.

    Great cross-over business phone

Very professional! That was the first comment I got when I showed the Z10 at work. This came from a senior no-nonsense enterprise IT architect who had a reputation for making high quality products himself. This aspect should find appeal among many senior professionals who look to project a business-like image at work. For a person who has been using one or the other BB phone (keyboard type, read Curve) for a few years now, I think this is the only all-touch business phone I would have upgraded to anyway. Here are the features I like: - Easy-on-the-eyes design, looks as business-like as their famous qwerty phones - Very handy size (for medium-sized hands) - Solid yet lightweight look and feel - Minimalistic design, which means less things will fall off, wear out or break off - Gestures/swipes taken to the next level (proximity sensor works great, swipes to minimize to desktop, swipe to turn on the phone from standby, auto-complete typing with a swipe etc) - Smooth screen motion - Great email and phone access while multi-tasking - Fast browser (generally fast phone) - Voice control calling is better than many other phones - Really important apps available and more coming Opportunity missed, but nothing that some software upgrades cannot fix: - easier contact list editing, copy/paste in the contacts mode - contact-list/account sync-up with earlier models - better contextual help - screen rotation happens inconveniently sometimes Overall, a 4.5 out of 5 for attempting what was thought impossible, which is to give A and S a run for their smart money.

    Pricey, but awesome!!!

After using it for 4 days the phone is brilliant, the classiest bb till date and not to mention the design and features of bb10. The overall experience is just perfect. The feeling you get when the phone's hardware perfectly matches the software. The bbm on video is fantabulous. Though the price is a little exxpensive, it is on par with the apple iphone in terms of handling and features. The touch, swipe, peek, flow gestures make it a phone for the future. The impressive handling makes you look ahead to the future of touch computing which is gestures. Plus what helped was, me saving up for this for 6months and the phone is every bit worth it.

    Fantastic piece, lovely phone

I have been using android for the last couple of years. This is my first blackberry. Awesome phone. Really fast and multi-tasking is a beauty. I donot see any drawback in it, other than the lack of apps compared to the other smart phones. Seriously how many apps do you use in a lifetime. Besides, the number of apps is increasing by the day for the z10. Just love my Z10.

    Kickass phone

I purchased this phone 2 months back after thorough research as to what the competition is offering. All the negative reviews this phone gained is only because of the price. But everyone forgot that rupee has been declining for last 2 years and that is the reason the phone is costly. Do the math stupid people rather than giving 1 star to this niche product. The best news for all haters is that you can enjoy all the android apps as well as BB apps on BB os10. Its so simple to install bar files using PC. So you enjoy benefit of 2 OS by paying for one. Think about it. The keyboard is best among all touchscreens and added feature is Hub and Peek flow UI. And to top it up all you need is gestures to use this phone. No buttons at all. This feature is coming next year to iphone 6. So who is ahead technology wise. Think wise people. Also BB10 doesnt need dedicated BIS plan so even 50rs 2g plan will work. I am enjoying 3G plan though. Browser is superb. Compare it with any smartphone. It will bring shame to them. Every OS has it ups and downs but you cant judge a phone on its price. Android is the best source of malware and apple is too boring. If you are looking for fresh experience then enjoy this amazing piece of gadget. Caution iphone users, once you enjoy this for a week you wont go back to apple.

    Its Different, Flawless, Fluidic!

I have been using this for about an year and I am in love with the flawlessness! With no restarts whatsoever, no software lag/hangs, this is just way too smooth. Pros: -- It has 2GB ram which no one gives at this price. -- 10.3 OS upgrade made the phone more smooth! -- Benefits of BB enterprise and you can install APK's so benefit of android too :) -- Stable operating system -- Fluidic touch -- Awesome multitasking (way better than android) I have been using android from 1.6 to 4.2 but trust me this has faster switching in between apps. Cons -- Not great headphones which came in with the bundle. -- A bit of overheating is noticed, but not at all a major concern (no restarts) Overall if you want to try something new different than android, best option! The BB world (app store) cannot be compared to androids playstore! (Although after the upgrade to 10.2 you can install APK's too :))

    Best Keyboard Experience on anyphone

The BB Z10, though not the commercial hit that BlackBerry had hoped, has the best keyboard experience on any phone (expect perhaps the Z30 now). Unless a physical keayboard is a must for you (in which case Q10 is for you), the Z10 will truly adapt to how you type (including Hinglish support in the dictionary!). The best part is the keyboard is contextually aware. Consider these examples: 1. When writing a mail to a regular contact, it knows my standard salutations and will automatically predict them even before I have touched the keyboard. For example, for someone senior in my client's organisation, it will auto predict 'Dear Sir'. There are people who I address with their initials only and the keyboard auto predicts these. 2. When writing to a new contact, if I have saved their name and not just the email id, the email starts with a prediction of their name! This is even before anything has been done by me. Now that it knows that I start all my new mails with 'Dear' the predictions have changed to 'Dear' followed by the first name. 3. When I travel, once I reach my destination, say Delhi, and start to type a message to let my wife know, it will auto predict when I say 'I have reached ...' the next word is auto-predicted to be Delhi. When I come back to Mumbai, the same message this time gives an auto predict of Mumbai! 4. If I am writing emails to someone mentioned in my calendar and the phone realizes I am talking about a day, it will auto predict the next word to be the day on which I have the meeting, say, Tuesday! Other than the keyboard, there are tons of nifty little things. 1. When you add an event to the calendar, it guesses the emails in your inbox that may be relevant to the meeting. You don't have to tell the phone anything. Not only that, it also populates the attachments in the emails that it thinks are related to this meeting! 2. The peek feature that lets you swipe from the bottom bezel up and then right to let you get to the hub of messaging no matter which app you are in is just brilliant. For example, I am reading the news on the TOI app and hear a buzz of a new email. I just swipe and I am in the email! 3. With the latest 10.2 update there is a string of new time saving enhancements including a pop up on the top for all incoming communication no matter which app you are in. You can disable this or even customize it to show pop ups only for the accounts you want. 4. BBM voice and video work well even on carrier networks and not just on wifi. This is something that I cannot say about my google hangouts which don't seem to work on carrier network and must be connected to wifi. The price has now dropped significantly. While this sucks since as an early adopter I paid waaaay too much, that is the case for almost all electronic items, especially phones. I think at the present price of below 30K this is fantastic though I am now tempted by the Z30! :)
