Review after one month of usage: GOOD : Display- 9/10 viewing angles and colors are very good, though it has a little pixelation Battery - 10/10 backup is just awesome, about 6-8 hrs. of medium usage over wi-fi Performance - 8/10 8 doesn't mean its bad. Its much better than I expected. For average usage and little multitasking, it won't let you down. -RAM: Of 2 gb, about 1 gb is free. -processor is awesome: snappy, fast and responsive Software - 9/10 Windows 10 is really fast and stable. -St gave driver power state failure error, but after update its rarely seen -After update, internet and sound stopped working but after I fixed them,(how? -ask me) its wonderful and lag free ....... BAD storage- Of 32 gb, 12 gb is currently free after update and installing some basic apps -Add a 64 gb sd card Camera- 5/10 Lacks clarity(both) but in good light , they are enough for video calling Speakers-6/10 They are low -Use headphones Touch pad- 6/10 not that smooth, but fine (touchscreen and keyboard are good) ........ Build quality- 8/10 Could have been better, makes little sound while folding but its fine Back lit keyboard- really? its rather a fancy stuff and of no use. ......... Verdict: Its adorable If you need a tab for watching movies and browsing web, If you need a laptop for editing pdf and office documents, If you are non tech student or a frequent traveler and you don't want an apple.. . ...then this is the one you need ... I am a student and I use it for reading books, surfing internet, You tube, typing.. and I'm very satisfied ..thanks for reading UPDATE (22nd march 2017) So spent 6 months with the 'laptab' ,and here is my experience.. Battery backup awesome, as good as new. Performance is fine. -not for heavy works like..media editing (format factory took really long to change 1080p videos..) -for normal usage, its butter smooth. Keyboard started malfunctioning after 3-4 months( I overused it.. learnt typing on it :) -now I use it occasionally and bought external keyboard for heavy typing and the problem is gone (automatically) -You can't use it on your leaps, keyboard keeps disconnecting and connects again upon moving/shaking the Laptab. (Tip: If shows usb not recognised error, disconnect and connect the dock again) Reliability : Not very much, ST hangs after wake up from sleep. (Tip: Press and hold power button for 10 seconds, it will be switched off. Then switch on again) Rest is good. Conclusion : As you can see, this device is not flawless, but i think in this range, all devices should have some glitches. I am a tech guy. I use it for writing codes, youtube, and flashing ROMs, adb files.. on android devices .. and it has never let me down. Should U buy it? If you are tight on budget and You can bear some occasional glitches, And know how to handle it, You should. And I think it was a smart buy for 10k. That's all ! Product is very good as specified. But it is very delicate. And the front camera is not working. It says: some other app is using the front camera but i can not find that app. And the rear camera quality is not good, it is average. Rest everything is working quite good. The charger provided is of some local quality and not of micrimax.please help on this issue..and also the screen guard was not provided.. If the help regarding this is not rendered,i will pursue the case. Other the product is excellent.

Its great in quality , does an excellent job at processing word documents and my emails. Got what i expected , the battery is amazing and is really good if you're using it as a media device. Comes with a bluetooth which is really handy and contrary to the popular belief that it wont support an external HDD , It does! but only if you connect it to the tab directly via OTG cable which is thankfully included. To cut a long story short go for it if you strictly need it for work and viewing media , its built for that and does a really great job but consider using Ear phones or Head phones as I dint find the speakers that great but its more than what you pay for. The battery is not charging! I repeat, it is not charging AGAIN! I've used so many devices but none of them failed just 3 days after purchasing... I got replacement, but again the same problem, THIS THING JUST DOESN'T CHARGE! I WISH I COULD SHOW A PHOTO! I WANT A MICROMAX OR FLIPKART EXECUTIVE TO COME AND SEE FOR THEMSELVES! WHAT A WASTE!!!!

BAD PRODUCT. Product performance is very bad. It gets heated to much after using it for few minutes. I had informed flipkart for replacement but nothing happened. They had initiated replacement of product but canceled it after few days. They said technician visit would be arranged but no body visited. Instead micromax technician had called and made some settings it the machine and got it reset but problem still persists. So technician said they will inform flipkart and get it replaced but nothing happened. I had again called flipkart customer service they said within few days they will resolve the problem buy nothing happened. It's been almost one month from the date of purchase but nothing had happened. I was very much disappointed with flipkart. I would prefer not to buy this product.

I already have a laptop with 8 GB ram and i7 Processor. So I do my heavy tasks using that. I needed a small compact lap just to browse, use word, excel and watch movies. This Micromax Canvas Laptab proved to be an awesome device. At the price what I paid, the performance it delivers is mind blowing. Thank you Flipkart and Micromax. Delivery was prompt and product is cool.
