Tokina AT-X 116 PRO DX II AF 11 - 16 mm f/2.8 for Canon Digital SLR Lens

Well, I don't write reviews etc. but this lens is 'special' and I was surprised to see no review here for this great lens. The moment you hold this lens you know it is made for bigger things. The built quality is exceptional. This was my first non-canon lens and I was a bit apprehensive about the built quality, but I wouldn't be exaggerating if I say this is EVEN BETTER than the Canon babies I use. This is of-course heavier, and you fall in love with the maker when you just observe it closely. The real magic happens when you mount it on your camera and put it to work. I love clicking streets and monuments, so I always wanted to have a wider lens. This lens is of-course pretty wide, but what amazes me (everytime) is the F2.8 all the way!!! Aah, it is like a dream and it creates those post-card type photos which you see in travel magazines. I am not a pro, but my photos do get published in travel magazines and therefore I wnted something high-quality. This lens is highly recommended for anyone who wants to take his landscape/travel photography to the next level. And yes, I don't work at Tokina (I wish I did though). Don't think about this lens at all, just BUY IT!

This lens works like a charm for cropped sensor bodies. I totally recommend it buying it from flipkart, if you are getting extra offer on it. Color production is good and IQ is also remarkable. This lens is good to go if you want to use it with people in it because of less distortion at the center.
